Established in 1965, Vlaha SA is a Greek company that specializes in producing Trachanas, a type of pasta, as well as the traditional egg noodles Hilopites. Trachanas is a traditional Greek food made from fermented milk and semolina, often used in soups or as a porridge. Vlaha SA have maintained the taste and quality of their products for over 60 years by using the purest of ingredients and traditional family recipes.
